Another New Facility Joining StoragePRO

StoragePRO would like to welcome the newest member of the StoragePRO Family, First Street Mini Storage (SP70) in Livermore. Sandwiched between the Livermore business parks and found in the downtown area, this location offers great visibility; it is easily accessible and conveniently located right off of Interstate 580. Additionally, this facility boasts 245 total units, with a wide array of sizes ranging from 5X5 to 30X30! Currently, the facility is 98% occupied with only 4 vacant units. The high occupancy is attributed to the facility’s convenient low rates and many loyal, long term tenants. StoragePRO looks forward to increasing revenue based on the market demand of the greater Livermore in 2016 in addition to adding new window, upgrading the office, and repaving the cement to increase curb appeal. This facility brings us close to our goal of managing more than 40 properties!
